Can't play ranked - what's up with that?

I was just mid-Champ select for ranked queue, and my client crashed. When I came back, I had lost the 3lp like someone who dodges and now there isn't even an option for ranked 5v5 queue anymore. What's going on? Is it just me, or is anyone else having this problem?
