"Attack speed from items and levels increases the number of strikes"

Judgement doesn't gain spins from item passives namely Spear of Shojin and Rageblade passives. Passives are part of items they are included in the cost and no one is buying rageblade for that sweet 25ad and 25ap. Either a bug or the tool tip needs to reflect that it in fact does not scale off of items but base stats from items.
