Katarina GAME CHANGING ultimate bug

Prior to patch 8.8, Katarina could use her ultimate as long as the champion was in range of the ability. This is no longer the case as of patch 8.8. Now Katarina HAS to be able to see the champion in question in order to ult them. This means that Katarina against ANY stealth champion now GREATLY lowers her chances of winning.

This bug still allows Katarina to see if someone is inside of her ultimate range, for it will still turn from gray to red, but it now gives a more grayish version of it and when you press the ultimate it says that it cannot be cast now. A lot of Katarina mains on their discord have been talking about this as well; most with similar distaste as me. There is no doubt in my mind that this bug has attributed to her lower winrate, and that's not right.

Playing Katarina right now is so unsatisfying because at least once a game I'll see that someone is in my ranged, whether hiding in a bush or not, but now I can't initiate on them. This bug has a reproduction rate of 100%.
