Ryze Q reset Bug since 7.8

To sum up, since 7.8 with those nice buffs to Ryze Q reset on cast, a new bug appeared. When you try to W or E a target and that target becomes untargetable and stops Ryze animation(fizz e, fog of war, flashing away etc..), When you try to reset his Q again with another W or E his Q will go on CD without casting it . So in the end you have a full charged rune and no Q lefts .
