Shen Taunt Bug

Hello my IGN is "Mr Shen", and i have been playing shen this season for awhile. I have encountered a particular bug with his E ability. The bug is, when i taunt someone the person ignores shen, and keeps on moving forward or away as nothing has happened to them. It has gotten to the point where this would happen to me in ranked every 20 games or so. I know this bug has been shown and known for awhile in the community, but i have yet to see Riot's comment on it. (i apologize if Riot already discussed it in other thread.) i just want to see if they are planning to fix this bug that has been here for over 3 seasons. thank you.

glitched happened to me once on the PBE, no idea how to reproduce

Did you taunt over them? If you just hit them a tiny bit it doesn't taunt. For example, if you are behind, you have to taunt all the way in front, basically go through them.
