Summoner Spells rewinding?

I've had this happen twice now and someone else saw it in my previous game as Ornn as well, though the first occurrence was on Teemo I believe.

I used a spell that would cause me to dash over a wall (Flash the first time, the second half of the mark/dash aram spell the second time) and it showed me moving clearly, with 30ms ping, then I was randomly pulled back to the initial position without a disable effect or anything. I was just teleported back.

The first time I thought it was due to being hooked by thresh or whatever so I paid it no mind but on Ornn an ally saw it and pinged with the ? ping to ask wtf just happened. It didn't kill me the second time but it was still a negative and put the spell on cooldown.
