Patch stop at 275 Mb (0 Kbps) while updating

It took me long long time (almost 9 hours) to get into 88% update. But it suddenly stopped it wasn't running anymore. I searched google for a solution. I applied those solution. But nothing worked out. So, I closed the launcher and opened it again. It still taking longer than before. I don't know what to do. I'm very sad. I couldn't even play once today. I'm very unsatisfied with riot behavior. Even though they always fix their issues. It doesn't fix properly. Few weeks later same things happen again. I don't what will happen if i leave it like this. Is my League of legends game play over for good or there is still a solution?
