Gragas ult bug

Gragas threw his ultimate about 50 units in front of him, and instead of going off as it usually does it sort of just vanished. No damage of knock back happened and it went on cool down as well. He was using base Gragas and it only happened once. The visual effect of him throwing it happened, but when it hit the ground it simply went away.
