Bug report about remaking

So this one game(Nexus Siege) my client crashed for few times and I finally managed to get back in the game. And it has already been more than 3 minutes after the game started and first blood had happened as well.

But the remake vote still existed and my team succeeded to remake a game. EVEN AFTER 3 MINUTES HAD PASSED, ALL 10 PLAYERS WERE IN THE GAME, and FIRST BLOOD. (First blood between 2:00-2:10 killed , second kill at around 2:40 killed , and game length was 3:27)

And then on my match history, it says I was the leaver but did not get suspension right after this happened. Also you can see that i purchased items.
