Anyone else stuck at the 'accept' screen today?

I was just playing a ton-load of aram; I went to check the damage graphs as well as damage taken, the entire screen was frozen. I proceeded to check if I needed to update anything on my computer and everything was fine. I even restarted and tried to look again; the graphs were still frozen.

The cherry on top though: I got a time-out ban for accepting a match EVEN THOUGH IT DIDN'T TAKE ME TO CHAMP SELECT....gotta love rito -__-
