4.19 unplayable period after patch

I have never had a problem before with an update from riot until this patch. Last game i played was ranked, and i alt tabbed, to come back to a black screen which was a known issue apparently by riot. It froze my comp and I restarted the computer, and then my client continually kept calculating differences. Needless to say, loss of LP, probably reported, and then a loss. I've restarted the router, redownloaded the client, changed servers, deleted the rads file told to do so, started in admin, and nothing. two days later, I still cant download the patch. Continually stopping at 234 filed remaining and updating.

Any thoughts on this?? Thank riot! -_-
