[Gameplay] Teemo's Blind doesn't apply to all of Gromp's attacks

I posted this last month, but I guess I never tagged it properly. This has been an on-going bug. As far as I can tell, the blind doesn't affect Gromp's first two attacks. The link is a video I made demonstrating that bug.
