"We are unable to create a lobby right now please exit..." / "We are unable to log you in..." Errors
Hello , This problem started this night (10/12/2017) just after the Eve rework patch. I got to play one game of it then I received the following error message after hovering over the gray "Play" button. "We are unable to create a lobby right now please exit the client and re-open it to try again." I then proceeded to follow the instructions and exit my client. What I got next was another error message. "We are unable to log you in because you may be offline." (Although numerous log-in attempts have sometimes allowed me to get past this but it has not gone away) After this, I went to the forums for help and found two solutions and one official Rioter post.

**Solution Number One: **
> I was experiencing the same issue and i think i found a possible fix (at least it worked on my part) i went into the league_client folder (Riot Game> League of Legends > RADS > Projects > league_client > releases) i saw that there is 2 folders 0.0.0.74 and 0.0.0.75 i assume the issue is when u launch the client it runs the league client inside 0.0.0.74 >deploy folder which is an older version. > in this case and when i ran the league client in 0.0.0.75 > deploy folder ( Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\league_client\releases\0.0.0.75\deploy\LeagueClient.exe ) it scans some files (takes few min) then no restored to older installation message appeared and afterward i logged in and play button works
Solution Number Two:
> Press the Windows Key (the key on the left side of the spacebar, between ctrl and alt) > Type cmd > Right-click the Command prompt shortcut and select "Run as Administrator" from the drop down menu. You should now see a black window with white letters. > Type ipconfig /release in the command prompt. > Press [Enter] > Type ipconfig /renew in the command prompt. > Press [Enter] > Type ipconfig /flushdns in the command prompt > Press [Enter] > Close the command prompt and attempt to make a connection.
Neither of these two fixes worked and so I've tried to look for more. That's when I stumbled upon a Rioter saying, "It looks like your network is having some problems getting a solid connection with our matchmaking system, and so the play button won't let you create a lobby since it knows there isn't a reliable signal to work off of. Try the step in our connection guide first to see if we can narrow down the main issue. Hit me back if that doesn't help! " So I understand the problem I'm just confused on how to fix it. I know there has been a few post about this topic but everyone seemed to sort it out with the solutions above. All help is appreciated
