I launched a game research and in the lobby no champion was proposed. I couldn't pick anything but my summoner's spell, even masteries interface was bugged. The game was canceled and I got banned for 5 min which I believe to be really unfair since it was not my fault (at first sight)...

Just had the same thing happen to me twice and I am not on a 15m block. Riot please fix or lift the block.
I just had the same thing happen to me twice in a row. I've been blocked from entering queue for 30 minutes for it. I tried closing and reopening the client but I have to wait, and I'm afraid to try it again afterwards because I don't want to accrue another penalty.
