No in game sound?

Problem: A couple days ago I started a game of league and as soon as i got in no sound was playing. About 3 minutes into the game I heard sound for a second and the game crashed. I rejoined but there was still no sound. The game crashed several times but no difference when i rejoined. It happened off and on the next few days but it has been going on nonstop since yesterday. I've tried a full client repair and reinstalling the game but with no luck. I have tried to change audio devices and default audio devices. I've searched for audio driver updates but my device is up to date. I also noticed that when the game starts, it is not shown in my volume mixer. The sound works fine for all other applications including the LoL client.

Headphones: Razer Kraken 7.1 v2

NOTE: When i disable all in game sound the game does not crash.

It is super frustrating and i hope that a solution comes through.
