[Gameplay] Viktor Q shots multiple rays & new 120 ap object not working on Twisted Treeline

Hi, i encountered a strange thing playing with Viktor, if you aim for a minion with his Q and next you start autoattacking a inhibitor(not tested with towers), you will shot 3 or more(not tested) enchanced attacks, it seems a little unfair :D. I saw that error on 2 different games.

So with Viktor: 1-You point a minion with your q 2-You can do several enchanced attacks if your objective is a inhibitor I have seen that bug on twisted treeline, dont know if work on other maps.

The other bug, or error i encountered is that on Twisted Treeline you cant purchase the new 120 ap object because you cant purchase the 1600 gold scepter(not available on TT but a prerrequisite for that item), dont know if its intentional but you can see the item on the map store.
