Did not get my gold border!?

I have been in gold 4 for the longest time and on the cut off day where everyone gets there borders and rewards for being in gold i did not get mine i thought maybe i would have to wait because there are millions of people getting rewards but i still do not have my gold border or anything does anybody know why?

Its either a bug, in which case you should make a ticket in the support system.

You were punished too much for toxic behavior during season 5 and in that case you were stripped from your privilege of having these rewards.
