cd bug on karthus r on aram
with athene 20%cd + 5% from masteries with lvl3 r. 160s - 25%(160) = 120s
i used r. on description of a skill it was 120s, so ok. but on the timer I got 135s+.
I did a printscreen but failed with a black screen :(

screenshots are taken by pressing f12 and not print screen. they are saved into the screenshot folder in your lol foder.
