Jarvan passive bug [GAMEPLAY]

I entered ranked que, started a game and picked top. I chose J4, and his passive wouldn't proc the whole entire game. The "air" animation was shown but the AA did not connect but did damage as a normal AA would do. His passive wouldn't work no matter what target, epic monsters, minions, champs, etc... I was using a Warring Kingdom skin if that has anything to do with it. Other than it, his auto attacks would not show up half the time but damage was still dealt as regular AA.

I just had the problem. Sent a ticket to riot, now waiting for a response.

I'm also having this issue, been playing with Warring Kingdoms as well, 2 ranked games in a row, about to try in a bot game with a different skin to see if I still have the issue.

Same here, I played Jarvan in a team builder game twice in a row with the Warring Kingdoms skin. The passive never procced and attack animations would not play sometimes. I tested all my skins in a custom game with bots and the passive worked normally even with the Warring Kingdoms skin. Later I played another team builder game with the Commando skin and the passive worked normally.

Another edit: After weeks of bug-free playing I saw the bug happen again when playing a ranked game with the WK skin. I also have a replay of it now:
