[CLIENT] Chroma skin selection boxes missing

Patch: 6.17.16_08_18_12_24 OS: Windows 7

After buying the Dreadknight Nasus chroma pack and one chroma for the Warring Kingdoms Xin Zhao skin, I realised that the selection boxes weren't there in the pre-game screen to choose from for either of the skins. I purchased the chromas through the store with RP without any issues and they show up in my purchase history, yet for some reason the feature has disappeared from my client. (As a side note, there aren't any boxes for chromas on any other skins that have them when you browse the champion pages in the client, but I can't remember if that was ever actually a thing or if you only saw them in the pre-game screen.)

I've tried restarting the client and my PC and checked my internet connection just in case. There doesn't seem to be anything about it on S@20 or in patch notes. All the chromas appear available for purchase/owned in the store as they should. Any clues?
