Azir bug on inhibitors (Gameplay)

When Azir attacks the inhibitor with a sand soldier up, it shows the attack animation however it does not do any damage until the sand soldier goes down

Step 1: Go to an enemy inhibitor Step 2: Use Arise(W) beside an inhibitor Step 3: Attack the inhibitor

I have tried it a few times on a bot game on different inhibitors and the samething happened
