Ashe can still use q on towers

I was in a match today with a person playing ashe on aram, and she still could use q on towers! op!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They took away the flurry being able to be activated on towers a patch or two after her rework. But it started working again in Patch 5.22 without them actually putting in back in.

No, they added it back in when with the preseason changes, as a tradeoff for it only being usable at 5 stacks

No they did not. REMOVED THAWED OUT: No longer amplifies Ashe's slow from Frost Shot REMOVED ACTUALLY: REQUIRES FOCUS Can no longer be cast at less than 5 stacks REMOVED NO DOUBLE-DIPPING: Ashe can no longer build passive Focus stacks while Ranger's Focus is active REMOVED ONE ARROW AT A TIME: Volley and Enchanted Crystal Arrow no longer add stacks of Focus

These are the changes they did in pre-season changes for ashe Q. As you can see there is nothing about it working on towers again.

The only other thing they did was change how she works with item 3085 .

And I'm telling you, as a person that played the changes on the PBE, that those changes are entirely intended and are not a bug. They messed up and didn't put it in the patch notes. Do you think if this was a bug, it would have gone unnoticed on the PBE and an entire patch cycle? RiotRepertoir on Ashe using Q on sturctures

Also, slight correction on my part, it was a tradeoff for Volley not giving stacks.

Garen and Leona can Q towers. Tristana can use her bomb on towers. Janna can shield towers. This is intended.
