[GAMEPLAY] Rammus's Q can capture points from anywhere in Ascension

While capturing a point, Rammus can use Q to capture the point from anywhere. This is not shown in the video, but when you try to use Q right after you're trying to capture, it cancels the process. However, I think if Rammus uses Q after the second stance (So that would be at 0:07 in the video), the glitch would be successful. Also not shown in the video, Rammus will always capture the point even if he gets attacked or cced. Lastly, Rammus carries a bulb on in head if he uses this glitch.
