Hextech Chest dissapeared due to client crash

I just got a hextech chest for getting an S on zed. I bought a key with RP directly after and went on to open the chest (around 22.25-22.30 CEST). After I clicked open on the chest my client froze. I had to reopen my client. After I reopened my client I lost my key and my chest, but I didnt get a champion / skin / ward / summoner icon shard in return. All the shards I currently have were there before I opened the chest. So now I'm out of a chest and a key.

I would take screenshots and send it as a support ticket, although only having after and not before screenshots may not be the best evidence to try to get it fixed.
