[Gameplay] Can't use Sion's Q and Ulty = R

I can't use Sion's Q or Ulty. The abilitys worked just fine but then it did not just work I spammed on the abilitys but it did not work. So I try suicide but it did not work. My team lost coz I could not charge to the enemy and kill them. I was just running around with my shield and slow abilitys no damage more then just my own attacks.
