No grade after match = no mastery token?

played a game of neeko today because im trying to her mastery up to 6. I have her as mastery 5 and just played a game where i went 16/29 however at the end of the match the grade didnt show. Ive had lower stats than this before and still got S rank (although i wasnt mastery 5 at that time) so im convinced that i got an S grade. Because the stats didnt load and still dont appear when i view my match history i dont know whether ive lost a token because of this or whether S grade requirements for Neeko have simply changed. Any help would be awesome
