All champions are locked(Client)

I haven't played league in a full year then when i try to log in and start playing again, i see that all my champions are locked including the ones that i had unlocked before . Is there a fix for this? because i can't even play the game because of it.

I also have this bug and a fix would be great for it. i have every champ unlocked but it says i dont have any
