No Keyfragments for Champions you dont own anymore ?

Hey

I dident see or read it in the patch notes , but can u no longer get key fragments from champs u dont own ? i used to do arams to get them but now getting the msg that i need to own the champ to get them , Sorry if this has been posted already , but as i said dident see the change in the patch notes so :)
