Ranked Queue bug and win not posting

Hey Riot,

Just like 80% of the community I am in the struggle to get gold before the season ends, but it seems you are against me >.> , on my promo's from silver III to silver II , I was one win and one loss, on my third game it was an awsome game! both teams played very hard, we ended up wining which made me happy of course because hey, yay silver II \o/, however the game froze and never displayed the victory symbol after the nexus was destroyed, so I waited, then went to bed, I woke up in the morning to find the match didnt count, so of course I requeued and lost :( , oh well, I got to my promos again, and found myself yet again at the win one and loss one in the series, and in the champ select of my 3rd game, I got a pvp.net error and it was reported, It would not let me pick my summoner spells, nor champ, knowing if I dodged I would not only lose my promos but lose LP, I waited, and then it just closed, causing me to now be at 90LP, I accepted this and requeued, only for it to happen again, so no im 30 mins from queueing, and now down to 80LP due to the servers, I have done a completely fresh install earlier today, and am alittle upset, can you please advise me what to do, because the struggles is quite real.
