My account was hacked and just banned for "Third Party Applications." PLEASE HELP!!!

As of today, 1/4/2020, my account on the NA server was just banned for using Third-Party Applications.

Earlier that day I played games but logged off.. I tried logging back in only to be reconnected everytime the client came up. Black screen popped up next and told that it could not connect to server. After being able to finally get on the League client, the ban message popped up.

In the match history there were 2 games NOT played by me on MY IP ADDRESS from the previous games. 2 ranked games with Caityln and Evelynn whom I DON'T PLAY.

I would really like my account back and consider this ban wrong yet I understand why it was detected.

Someone hacked my account and I did not even play those games please help me

Riot generally doesn't unban for something like this because "the account security is on you" yet we still lack two-factor-authentication IN 2020 FOR FUCKS SAKE RIOT GET WITH THE TIME. (they said they would do it here https://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/2017/07/ask-riot-two-factor-and-runes-reforged/ but never ended up releasing it, for the client at least you know the part THAT NEEDS THE PROTECTION)

How do you see that? As far as I know, Riot never discloses IP address information, and third party match histories don't have access to that either. Even if your account was accessed by a different computer, the public IP address may still be the same since the Internet hasn't completely ditched IPv4 in favor of IPv6 yet. Someone in your house in most cases will share the same public IP address. If you're on a school or work network, you potentially have the same public IP address as everyone else.

I am having this same exact issue. I had this happen to me twice now. I changed password and account information. The reason I hate league right now is the lack of better security. If blizzard can have two-part authentication then why can't Riot do that? It is so tiring and pointless when I invested time and effort into a game just to have it banned, because someone hacked and used third party. Riot needs to be better about fixing there league security and update this client.
