fiddle bug?

The link is to the game that we played. I am not positive if there is a bug, but i was noticing that I would keep trying to proc abilities and they wouldn't go off. I wasn't having this issue with any of my other games from earlier so that's why i wondered if this may have been an issue in my connection or something in the game? not sure. Would love to see Fiddlesticks abilities proc a little more smoothly though. They feel more clunky than they used to.
