Tower Aggro bug

The Draven red smited Vayne and attacked her, proc'ing the true damage DoT. The Vayne then used her stopwatch, but the tower began incorrectly attacking Draven as if the DoT was still damaging her during stasis.

This is the first time I have seen this bug.

To recreate: You have the comp sci degree, you watch the video and figure it out.
