Whenever I want to buy RP, I get this message. First I was like, ok there are to many people buying RP but 2 days later I still have this problem

I have the same problem. I need to buy RP through IDeal for that sweet 675 RP Star Guardian Lulu that I want. I have 649 as of now, which is really close... but not close enough. Please someone help me before the sale ends item 3070
