Why is my client like this?

Recently reinstalled league of legends after reformatting my HDD, now the menus are messed up. How'd this come about and how do I fix it? Text on the champion store comes up as plain on the left hand side as well, and I'm unable to purchase them or change from exhaust to ignite. Cheers
