Ashe Q (Frost shot or whatever) Doesn't show on buff bar when active

As the title states, Ashe's Q doesn't show up as off or on when you toggle Q. It's been a few days now and I'm thinking it's something with riot. If it helps, I'm using the Queen Ashe skin.
