Riot made it so you can't choose a chroma pack in the new champ select.

I find it extremely annoying and agitating that I spend money on this game and then can't use what I bought because Riot Games released an unfinished product onto their live servers. I wish they would fix this or just release a finished product instead of rushing everything. Sincerely a pissed off player.
