Launcher Bug

Occasionally when entering ranked champion select, the launcher "crashes" and relaunches again with the loading screen u get after a game is finished with the little swirling circle in the middle ( and also weirdly, after a couple of seconds, some sound effects can be heard that resembles a premade joining your room and a message sound). The launcher STAYS LIKE THIS until either your champion pick timer ends which counts as a dodge or luckily, if you already lock in your champion, it will lead straight to the game loading screen. This is a problem because nobody wants to lose unnecessary LP for some rubbish bug.
