[Client] Made me dodge without my own will

so i was starting the queue for my rank game, but then my screen for league turns black. I waited like 2 min, to see if it would work, i had to exit out, and the client thinking that i dodged the game. I was in promotion, and it automatically made me lose from the promotion.
