NEGATIVE Magic Resistance on Krug????

Does anyone notice that both krugs has negative magic resistance? What does that mean? Can I have extra damage because of negative value? Is it designed to be that way then whats thought behind it? Thanks~

edit: If you wondering what it does hover your mouse over the value and it will tell you. I am pretty sure your damage just deals the flat amount with no resistant at that point, meaning magic penetration is useless but flat ap deals alot.
