Kayn deathsound when he uses any ability

It might just be me but everytime Kayn uses an ability I can hear his deathsound. I did change my voicefiles to japanese at this time I'm not sure if this caused the problem but it happend a while AFTER I did change it so it wasn't right after I changed the voices.

This bug happend 100% of the time in my recently played games and one of my friends spamms this guy a lot so I can tell you that it really happend everytime he used his Q W and E not quit sure about R but the other three I can confirm.
