[BUG] Client fails to load game properly for both teams

During a normal game of Summoners Rift both sides lost two players, including me as one of them. Once this started it completely froze my pc not allowing me to bring anything onto that screen. I was forced to fully restart my pc to fix the bug. The ingame team mates were in call with me at the time and stated the same thing, with a enemy confirming the same thing on the other end.
