Bard stun (Q) weird hitbox?

I have consistently seen Bard stun curve from 45° to 90° angles when he casts on champs that move quickly even BEFORE the second part of it hits the 2nd target. It's absurd. It's glitched/bugged & isn't supposed to work this way. I've noticed this has been happening over and over these past weeks I've been playing ranked. Stuns are visually, clearly, not hitting yet the Bard gets the stun effect. Anyone else having this problem?
