Gameplay (Bug with Aatrox)

So while playing Aatrox in the jungle, there is a bug with his W passive. Every 3rd hit he is suppose to lose health to deal more damage or gain health, but when you get Sated on the Devourer item, it sometimes wont go off. I have a video with no commentary, just gameplay of what the bug is. I use the chat and cursor to communicate. Please pay attention to the bar where it should show the passive ready to be applied to Jungle monsters. (This will also occur with champions and minions aswell). As an Aatrox main I would really appriciate it if you could fix this, so I can start playing him in the jungle again. Thank you for your time, and have a nice day!
