In-Game Ping Bug!

Since before Jhins release I've had problems with the ping system(the assist, danger, ect). When I go to ping something/someone the ping will start in a random direction, and I don't know how to explain it very well, but I'll try. When I try to ping fast, once or twice or three times and this bug happens, if I don't do a very drastic mouse movement(like move the mouse from one end of the screen to the other) it usually ends up being the wrong ping. This happens EVERY game for me.

Remember, every time I ping I don't intend for the mouse cursor to leave the circle, I'm only doing a slight movement in this first video, I try to ping Assistance only but you see depending on where my mouse cursor is depends on where the cursor starts sometimes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ih_e2A-ONBw

I've repaired league, clean install, updated drivers, tried another mouse, closed all background programs, nothing helps.
