Dynamic Queue Bug

I was in a Ranked Dynamic Queue Champion select and someone missed their ban. I try to queue up again and it says that i have dodged and i needed to wait 30 minutes. This was 2 days ago and the queue has already been disabled but this is still a very weird bug that i experienced.
