Full metal Rammus Powerball graphics glitch

For the past couple of patches I have noticed that a large portion of the time when Full metal Rammus hits a target with his powerball The player that is playing rammus will get a graphics glitch in which as rammus collides with a target an almost rainbow colored animation will appear across the screen. it only lasts for a second so it is hard for me to obtain a screenshot of.
