CRASH PLS HELP ME !!!

I was playing game and wining it and game just crash and freezes all i can hear the water and heroes but nobody moves it is all freezd. And i was waiting and waiting but nothing happend and i was exiting the game and it says me that if i leave the game i will be banned. But i leave the game and try to recconect but it whas saying that game crash and it was saying something too and i cant now play the game i can send messages and see who is online of my friends and all but cant play and that message is staying there pls help me because i cant play replay me fast pls thank you!
