NOTHING WORKS ON EU NE!!! Problems with queue and champion select!!

Me, my brother and my friend have been trying to get into a game for 45 minutes and still it crashes with all of us in champion select we cant ban, or we cant select champs and in queue it crashes like cant accept!!! AND NOW MY FREND GOT 30 LOWER PRIORITY FOR NOT BANNING ARE U SHITTINGG US?!?!?!?!?! WE ARE SO FCKING PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!! .................. sorry for my bad language it seriously starts to piss off EVERY1 in champion select chat everybody is like : "FUCKK U RIOT FIX YOUR SHITT!!!!!!!!!" because NOBODY WANTS TO WAIT FOR 30 OF LOWER PRIORITY FOR YOUR BUGS!! Please fix it as soon as possible.....
