[GAMEPLAY] Rift Scuttle Always Reveals
I picked up Rift Herald as the enemy scuttle expired, and I permanently had the "Eye of the Crab" debuff over my head for the next 5 minutes or so.

Had that also. For almost the whole game. BS as support. Nothing I can see in patch notes. Never went away. Anything stating what this is?
Typically it's just a visual bug. While the eye is on you it doesn't mean they can actually see you. It happens to Ashe E all the time.
