Client dc'd during ban stage. Was suspended for 30 minutes.

I was about to ban a champion while on the selection screen, when my client disconnected, i know you guys probably will not see this post within 30 minutes. But this is ridiculous, players should not be classed as Q dodging when they get dc'd.

If you do happen to see this could you remove the restriction. Thankyou.
